• Senior Test Engineer (Moscow)

  Russia

  Education/Skills/Experience:
  
  • IT/technical education, computer science, master degree
  • Experience in software testing / quality assurance 3+ years
  • Experience in creating software test programs from a scratch
  • Application testing automation proven skills: uiautomator, robotium, monkeyrunner (any), work experience with Spoon;
  • Script programming (Bash, perl) is a plus, Java basic knowledge is a plus
  • Defect/Issue tracker practical skills (JIRA preferable)
  • English (read/write - is a must, speak - very nice to have)
  • High degree of self-motivation and commitment
  • Ability to work under pressure and to cope with changing work requirements
  
  Must have:
  
  • Experience in android SW/HW testing 1+ years
  • Work experience with emulators (set up, testing)
  • Taking bug reports (QPST,QXDM,rumdamp) is a plus
  • Work experience with test management tools
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  
  Tasks:
  
  • Perform testing of Android applications, which specifically created for YotaPhone project, and using BackScreen
  • Create test programs / test scenarios for the applications
  • Defect management in JIRA
  • Functionality automation: core & UI parts
  • Strong communication with the DEV/QA team as well as with the customers
  • Organize all aspects of own work in accordance with SOPs and Guidelines of company, suggest and implement improvements to current systems and procedures
  • Review and audit existing test process for systems/projects
  • Identify gaps and prepare improvement plans

• Head of Reporting and Planning (Moscow)

  The role:
  
  Proactively support CEO & CFO in strategic business decisions and scenario planning including entering New Markets, Sales Channels, attracting Investors
  
  Main Responsibilities:
  
  • Establish clear processes for financial reporting & budgeting with Levels of Authority approvals defined and implemented in ERP system
  • Meet management reporting schedule and time-line
  • Ensure timely monthly reporting (P&L; + BS + Analysis)
  • Budgeting (Annual) and Forecasting (Quarterly)
  • Maintenance, update and improvements to YD Financial Model
  • Support Integrated Business Planning (starting in August) monthly meetings with Financial input
  • Preparation of Strategic Business & Financial presentations for Shareholders & Investors
  • Strive to bring the Consolidated IFRS Financial Statements to high standard
  • Ensure effective use of funds and timely re-distribution in order to meet Business Goals
  • Alert CFO in areas for improvements & optimization of costs
  • Preparation and Analysis of Business Cases
  • Ensure dynamic and proactive cooperation & communication flow with various departments
  • Go-To person to all department heads on Budgets
  • Recommend improvements in processes & workflows
  • Various other Financial & Strategic Ad-Hoc requests support
  • Effective planning of workload
  
  Qualifications / Skills:
  
  • Experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, modeling, budgeting, forecasting
  • Appropriate candidate should previously working in Big 4 or in a leading international companies (Financial Planning and Reporting Manager role)
  • Experienced person in audit, manager (previous roles).
  • Experience in International Financial Reporting
  • Participation in the implementation of systems for managing business processes
  • Navision is a plus
  • Fluent English
